About Us:
Karbon is a fintech company specializing in financial solutions for business customers.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Growth Expert to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Growth Expert with at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS and financial sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy, focusing on strategy, messaging, execution, and analysis.
You will work to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of potential business customers using data techniques and industry directories, as well as our internal list of customers who have chosen other Karbon products.
- Develop and implement a compelling messaging strategy that highlights the key benefits and unique selling propositions of our SaaS tool.
- Study different industries and tailor messages to different segments of the target audience to maximize lead acquisition.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Hit Lead Generation targets and lead a small team to develop market presence amongst customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Collect qualitative feedback from the Account Management (AM) team and customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation.
- Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Email Marketing, Google Ads, and funnel building.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA in marketing or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B SaaS and financial products will be appreciated.
- Basic Video Editing and Image Editing skills are a big plus.
- Experience with tools like Apollo, list creation techniques.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and related regulations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with content creation and multimedia production processes.
