Key Responsibilities:
• Following up on leads and winning clients.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
• Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships by acting as a point of contact between the Sales and Marketing team.
• Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio with articulated feedback collection from customers

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Highly organized and solution-oriented with high proficiency in time management
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize with outstanding leadership quality
• Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure with ability to meet deadline
