Join Waytoogreen and be part of the movement to create a greener, healthier future.Location: Mumbai Reports To: Customer Support/Community ManagerRole Description The Customer Support Associate provides prompt, empathetic, and effective front-line support to students and prospective users, ensuring a positive experience with the Waytoogreen platform.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding enrollment, platform usage, and course content. - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through the platform. - Maintain the knowledge base and FAQ sections. - Track and categorize support tickets, escalating issues to the Manager as needed.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Experience: 1-3 years in a customer support or client-facing role. - Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a high degree of empathy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Attributes: Patience and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
