Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a skilled HR Business Partner with 512 years of experience to lead HR initiatives across the organization from onboarding to performance management and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: joining, induction, documentation, onboarding formalities.
- Manage employee exits: resignation, absconding, termination, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure 100% accurate data upload and updates in the HRMS system.
- Maintain monthly attendance for corporate staff.
- Leverage Excel and HRMS software for streamlined operations.
- Coordinate employee background verification through third-party vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and files.
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and festival celebrations.
Implement and manage:
- HR policies and documentation
- Talent and leadership development programs
- Learning & development initiatives
- Payroll and salary administration
- Employee engagement activities
- Employee grievance redressal
- Compliance, medical & healthcare management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-12 years of HR experience, preferably in startups, fintech, or product-based companies.
- MBA/PGDM full time in HR (Only From XLRI ).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Project management and execution capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and payroll systems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in the software/Fintech industry is a plus.
