About Us:

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also

is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we have also expanded to new categories and introduced new product lines like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc. We have also launched footwear and kidswear

recently.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have stores in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Indore. The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. There are too many Monday mornings and you can’t go dreading every single one of them. Over the years, we have built a strong team of like-minded people that work smart, own their work, and think like leaders. Team Overview :

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Ecommerce with a strong background in apparel and expertise in cataloging, SEO, and marketplace optimization, specifically on platforms like Myntra. The ideal candidate should excel in scaling organic sales through optimized listings, strategic keyword use, and marketplace insights. This role is crucial for driving growth in the apparel category by leveraging SEO and maximizing product visibility on key marketplaces.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize detailed apparel listings across marketplaces, with a focus on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and visually appealing, maintaining high standards for images, descriptions, and attributes.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to highlight unique selling points and trends in the apparel segment.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research specific to the apparel category, focusing on high-impact keywords relevant to platforms like Myntra.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and tags to improve organic visibility and ranking on search results.
  • Stay updated on keyword trends and competitor analysis to enhance listing performance continuously.
  • Implement tailored strategies to increase organic sales on Myntra and other marketplaces through effective SEO practices and keyword optimization.
  • Keep current with platform algorithm updates, best practices, and policies specific to apparel, ensuring compliance and high visibility.
  • Innovate cataloging techniques to respond to seasonal trends and boost consumer engagement.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce cataloging, SEO, and marketplace management in the apparel sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing listings on Myntra, with a deep understanding of its ranking algorithms.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Helium 10, Ahrefs) and familiarity with marketplace CMS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail in the apparel category.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce apparel environment.
  • Expertise in trends, consumer preferences, and seasonality in the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
