Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Store Manager at JUSTDOGS® in Surat The Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of pet care products is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
