is India's leading Digital Financial Services platform & Largest Digital Wallet, trusted by over 167 million users & 4.4 million businesses.As a pioneer in the Fintech space, Mobikwik empowers its users with a robust suite of services, including Digital payments, Credit & Investments.Recently, Mobikwik achieved a significant milestone with its Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking a new chapter in its journey of innovation & growth.With a mission to democratize financial inclusion, Mobikwik continues to transform how Indians manage their money, offering secure, seamless & user-friendly solutions that cater to a diverse range of financial needs.Job Title: Senior Director Quality Assurance.Location: Gurgaon.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and strategic QA leader to head the Quality Assurance function.This role involves building and driving the QA strategy across Payments, Lending, and Wealth verticals, ensuring that all customer-facing and internal systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, security, and compliance.The Head of QA will manage a team of QA engineers, automation specialists, and test managers, while also collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance Strategy & Leadership:- Define and execute the end-to-end QA vision, strategy, and roadmap across business verticals.- Build and lead a high-performing QA organization (automation, performance, and security testing).- Champion a shift-left approach to embed quality early in the product lifecycle.Test Engineering & Automation:- Drive automation-first testing culture; establish frameworks for regression, integration, performance, and API testing.- Implement scalable test automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD for faster releases.- Ensure coverage for mobile apps, web applications, microservices, and APIs.Governance & Compliance:- Ensure QA practices comply with industry regulations (RBI, PCI-DSS, CERT-In, data privacy).- Partner with InfoSec teams to incorporate vulnerability, security, and penetration testing.- Establish clear metrics and dashboards for product quality, release readiness, and defect leakage.Cross-Functional Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to ensure seamless releases and minimal production issues.- Act as a voice of quality in leadership forums, balancing speed-to-market with risk and stability.- Drive UAT and coordinate with external vendors/partners where needed.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:- Introduce next-gen QA practices: AI-driven testing, predictive defect analysis, self-healing automation frameworks.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, feedback loops, and Experience: 15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in QA leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or large-scale consumer platforms.- Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, performance & security testing.- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or similar.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) and cloud-native testing (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.- Proven track record of scaling QA teams (20+ people), setting up metrics-driven governance, and influencing senior stakeholders.- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under deadlines.Why Mobikwik?- Work with a fast-paced and innovative team in one of Indias leading fintech companies.- Be a part of a company that is transforming digital payments and financial services.
