Experience & Expertise:- 7+ years of content writing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Proven track record of creating impactful content strategies for digital-first brands, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.2. Exceptional Skills:- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of published work.- Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.- Ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt tone and style for different platforms.3. Leadership & Organizational Strengths:- Strong team leadership and mentorship abilities to drive team performance.- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.4. Strategic Thinking:- A deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalization techniques.- The ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights for maximum impact.5. Qualifications & Knowledge:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.- Familiarity with multimedia content formats, including video scripts and podcasts, is a plus.
