Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for hiring pharmacists, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in tracking recruitment metrics and improving candidate funnels. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various pharmacist roles (retail, clinical, etc.). Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate sourcing, assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured tracker to capture all stages of the recruitment process from application to selection. Track where candidates drop off in the process, identifying reasons for drop-off (e.g., salary expectations, other offers, process delays). Collaborate with the hiring team to review candidate progress and improve recruitment funnel conversion rates. Data-Driven Recruitment: Evaluate and monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, stage conversion rates, and recruiter performance. Provide regular reports on hiring progress, drop-off points, and stage-specific performance. Conduct analysis on sourcing channels to optimize efforts and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement bulk hiring strategies to meet the company's staffing needs, particularly for pharmacists. Use data insights to make recommendations for improving the recruitment process, ensuring a faster and more efficient pipeline. Develop partnerships with universities, healthcare institutions, and staffing agencies to expand the candidate pool. Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space through strategic job advertisements and recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to define job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies. Regularly update the Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring status, recruiter performance, and any challenges in the recruitment process. Core Competencies Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially high-volume hiring in healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Data-Driven Recruitment: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize recruitment metrics, improving time-to-hire and candidate quality. Sourcing & Networking: Ability to leverage multiple channels to attract and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles like pharmacists. Candidate Experience: Focus on providing a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing candidate and stakeholder relationships. Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and align recruitment strategies with business needs. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Flexible in handling dynamic priorities and adept at solving recruitment challenges. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment stages effectively. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and digital tools for tracking and reporting recruitment data. Must Haves: - Experience in Pharmacist/BPO/Service Bulk hiring - Data Driven, managing dashboards - 5-6+ years of experience - Good Communication Skills - Availability & Flexibility to work from store if needed - Must have Experience in bulk hiring
