As the Content Strategy and Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing VerSe Innovation and the Josh App's content strategy.

You will lead the development of innovative content IPs, forge strategic partnerships, and drive business development initiatives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in content strategy, partnerships, and market analysis within the digital media or entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead creative content strategies aligned with the objectives of VerSe Innovation and the Josh App.

- Work closely with content creators, partners, and internal teams to conceptualize and implement engaging content initiatives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and user feedback to continuously optimize content strategy and enhance user engagement.

- Identify and launch new content IPs, including innovative formats, franchises, and original content concepts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within VerSe and its network, including Dailyhunt and One India, to develop new IPs and secure sponsorships for existing ones.

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with content creators, brands, movie production houses, music labels, and media organizations to drive content creation and distribution.

- Explore and pursue collaborative opportunities for co-productions, branded content integrations, and promotional campaigns to boost revenue and brand visibility.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, manage contract negotiations, and oversee partnership execution and performance.

- Meet revenue targets and manage a target-based pipeline.

- Lead client servicing initiatives in India and MENA regions.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable recommendations to maintain VerSe Innovation's competitive advantage in the digital entertainment space.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in content strategy, ideation, IP management, partnerships, and business development within the digital media or entertainment industry.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Strong understanding of digital content platforms, user-generated content trends, and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven team management skills and ability to drive results, manage complex projects, and exceed business objectives.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for digital entertainment, creativity, and innovation.

- Deep understanding of the Indian media landscape and consumer behavior.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
