Role - Marketing & Partnerships 


We are looking for a performance-driven individual with 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, who can seamlessly manage creative campaigns and brand partnerships. You will play a key role in developing and executing creative content strategies that drive client campaigns and marketing communication on and off the app. 


Job Description


  • Client Campaign Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and clients, coordinating with them on campaign updates, progress, and feedback. Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, with regular reporting on performance.


  • Creator Campaign Management: Work closely with the creator network to execute branded campaigns, ensuring the creators are briefed, aligned with campaign goals, and supported in delivering quality content for the brand.


  • Client Servicing & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed on campaign performance and suggesting optimizations. Act as a liaison between clients and creators, ensuring expectations are met on both sides.


  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with teams across functions to create content strategies that align with both brand goals and the Arré Voice platform’s vision. Ensure content is tailored to the target audience and achieves client objectives.


  • Network Growth & Engagement: Continuously grow the engaged creator network by identifying and onboarding new creators. Build strong relationships with creators and encourage them to actively participate in campaigns, fostering long-term partnerships.


  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and creator engagement. Provide clients with detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with community managers, marketing teams, and distribution teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned, from content to messaging, and deliver a cohesive experience for both creators and clients.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degrees in fields like Business Administration (MBA), especially with a focus on Marketing or Advertising, would be an added advantage but not mandatory.


Work Experience


  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, client servicing, or campaign management, preferably in a digital media or creative agency setting.
  • Experience working with brands on digital campaigns, especially in a role that involved managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and delivering performance reports.
  • Experience with creators or influencers (working on collaborations, campaigns, or branded content) would be a huge plus.
