Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have7+ years of experience as a RSA Archer developerGood-to-HaveBasic understanding of banking and financial services domain to understand requirementsFamiliarity with agile development methodology / JIRA and requirements backlog management Involvement in development projects, with exposure to Operational Risk, GRCUnderstanding of o Data mapping, relational data, and object orientationData processing such as ETL, parsing and data quality related issuesOperational environments, dev Ops, restart/recovery, etcGeneral development environment skills (code control, IDE’s), understand processes such as unit testing, documentation, designResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 Experience working with RSA Archer designer to create dart views, map UI fields and backend queries2 Good knowledge of GRC in finance domain3 Experience implementing and testing of various RSA Archer modules,4 Experience in system integration, plugin development and data flow to RSA Archer5 Code deployment and Configuration Management, Troubleshooting issues and defect fixes6 Need to have Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being responsible for the success of software development projects7 Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology8 Suggest and implement service improvements
