This role ensures that users across the organi-zation can effectively engage with Archer for security risk management, findings tracking, incident reporting, and baseline control model assessments.Broad job responsibilities:1. Understand Archer customization deployed in Amadeus2. User Community Support Act as the first point of contact for Archer users, resolving issues and guiding usage3. Establish channels for supporting end users4. Design, maintain and continually improve e-learning content (user guides, FAQs, videos, onboarding materials, How-Tos) for end users5. Assist Units to use Archer for Security Risk Management6. Monitor user engagement and feedback to identify improvement opportunities7.8. Process Improvement Analyse current workflows in Archer related to Security Risk Management, Findings Management, Incident Management, and Baseline Control Model9. Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and compli-ance.10. Collaborate with GRC stakeholders to align process changesExperience required1. 8+ years in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) functions2. Hands-on experience in Archer implementation and supportQualifications1. Proficiency in Archer (highly preferred)2. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor (highly desirable)3. CISA / CISM / CISSP (desirable)Skills1. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint2. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders in a globally ma-trixed and complex organization3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills4. Strong communication and instructional design skills5. Ability to analyse and improve business processes6. Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms7. Collaborative mindset and customer-oriented approach
