Growth Strategy and Expansion:
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve and surpass regional growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and prospect for new clients, developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Lead and support the regional sales team by setting targets, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
- Implement sales automation tools or CRM systems to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategic sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data insights into actionable strategies
