This is a high-impact role where you'll build robust, scalable, and high-performance systems that power our cutting-edge SaaS platform. What You'll Do :
- Own the architecture, performance, and reliability of key systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on feature design, prototyping, and implementation.
- Support production deployments, scaling operations, and system improvements.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For :
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience building applications at scale.
- Strong command of at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, or Golang.
- Solid knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, complexity analysis, data structures, networking, and OS fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SDLC and the software delivery lifecycle.
Good to Have :
- Experience working with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or microservices.
- Exposure to technologies like Kafka, Spark, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, Solr, or Lucene.
- Experience developing high-concurrency, low-latency applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
