Join our fast-growing EV company as a Company Secretary & Legal Team Member, where youll play a key role in ensuring compliance, governance, and contract management.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Secretarial Functions- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 & other applicable regulations- Maintain statutory records, registers & MCA filings- Draft & file board resolutions, minutes (AGMs, EGMs, Board & Committee meetings)- Liaise with directors, auditors & stakeholders on governance matters- Handle share issuance, transfer & corporate actions- Ensure compliance with MCA, RBI & FEMA regulationsLegal & Compliance- FEMA Compliance: Manage FDI, ECB, ODI reporting, RBI filings, FLA, SMF & coordination with AD Banks- Contract Management: Draft/review vendor, service, NDA & partnership agreements; advise on risks, obligations & disputes- Regulatory Oversight: Monitor changes in corporate laws, FEMA, RBI & commercial laws; update policies & conduct legal researchWhat Were Looking For- Qualified Company Secretary with at least 5 years experience- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations & contract law- Experience in compliance, governance & commercial contracts- Excellent drafting, negotiation & stakeholder management skillsBe part of the EV revolution while shaping compliance and governance for a high-growth company.
