If you thrive on problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this opportunity is made for you.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy- Develop clear, data-driven strategy decks and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and drive data-informed decision-making- Support the planning and execution of business initiatives by providing analytical expertise and continuous performance tracking- Assist in defining KPIs, setting benchmarks, and measuring business impact across projects and functions- Contribute to process improvements and optimize reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracyPreferred Qualifications & Experience:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and experience creating impactful presentations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights (ref:iimjobs.com)
