Ideal candidates are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment and are motivated to tackle challenges in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, with a particular focus on battery swapping solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Execute daily product management tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality of product features and improvements.- Collaborate closely with the Product team to support the development and refinement of product strategy and vision.- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback and market data to inform product decisions and enhancements.- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to drive product initiatives forward.- Help identify opportunities for continuous product improvement and innovation, especially in the EV battery swapping domain.- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and help overcome challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Skills & Qualifications:- Strong execution and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.- Basic understanding of product design principles and user experience.- Passion for the EV industry and interest in battery swapping technologies is highly desirable.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
