As a Performance Marketing Specialist at LeapX, you will:


  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance system efficiency and efficacy.
  • Devise and implement robust campaign evaluation frameworks, including A/B testing protocols.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, make data-driven optimisations to enhance ROAS and ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with predicted performance benchmarks and best practices on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong customer acquisition pipelines across paid channels working with Internal Sales & marketing team
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about emerging trends, product updates, and best practices.


Skills Required -:


  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta, with certifications preferred.
  • At least 3-6 years of performance marketing experience in sectors such as BFSI, D2C, Education, and Automobile.
  • Strong data analytics and reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Heap, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including hands-on experience with Paid Social, Display, Video, UAC, PPC/Paid Search.
  • Good understanding of CRM, drip marketing, and sales automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Self-driven with a strong ability to push boundaries and innovate.


Qualification -:


  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience working with at least 4-5 high performance-oriented brands
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably from an engineering background)
  • Based in Gurgaon.
