Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate is who takes our students placed internationally. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

- You have US /UK accent and willing to work as a consultant with remote environment
- You have your own Laptop and strong Wifi connection
- You are very much committed and work on tight deadlines and target.
Responsibilities
● Network and connect with potential clients in US/UK Clients.
● Generate and convert leads into placement opportunities for our students internationally.
● Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
and quality placements.
● Demonstrate team leadership, proactivity, problem-solving, and excellent
communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Cold calling done & email to be sent to the prospective clients for international placements.
● Respond promptly to challenges with innovative solutions.
● Maintain meticulous follow-up and accurate documentation.
● Keep comprehensive records of your work.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in Legal, marketing, business administration, or
related roles.
● Strong knowledge of B2B Sales .
● Demonstrated experience with client relations.
● Exceptional networking skills.
● Excellent verbal and written English communication.
● Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and relevant software.
● Results-oriented and capable of working independently.
● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
● Ability to handle a team and be responsible for team targets.
