Responsibilities:.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the resort's goals and objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and maintain a high level of motivation and engagement.

- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, relationship-building, and proactive prospecting.

- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.

- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the resort's value proposition.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring financial targets are met while controlling expenses.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing sales performance, market analysis, and forecasting.

- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients, securing profitable and long-term agreements.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Administration: Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll processing, inventory management, and record-keeping.

- Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up-to-date.

- Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager in developing long-term strategic plans and objectives for the hotel.

- Participate in decision-making processes related to business development, expansion, and improvements.
