Leads teams that build middleware/integration solutions, supports API onboarding, and drives reliability using DevOps/SRE practices.Experience - 8+ years Work Mode - Hybrid Location - PuneKey Responsibilities: Experience in software development/integration; 3+ years in middleware support. 3–5 years on enterprise API platforms;1–3 years on Apigee Hybrid (mandatory). Strong understanding of Hybrid architecture (MART, Synchronizer, runtime plane). 3+ years with Kubernetes (AKS/OCP), Helm, Istio, ingress, service mesh. 4+ years in CI/CD pipelines for Apigee. Monitoring tools:Dynatrace, Splunk, Sysdig . Strong API security (OAuth2.0, JWT, mTLS, TLS). Good networking + troubleshooting in distributed systems. Manage teams (direct + indirect), delegate tasks, track delivery, and remove blockers. Handle performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
