Define and enforce integration standards, protocols, and security guidelines across all projects Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of integration projects. Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience. Provide technical support for integrating APIs into our existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations. Monitor API performance and ensure optimal functionality. Develop documentation and provide training to internal teams on API best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in API technology. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for API integrations. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems Contribute to budgeting and resource planning for integration-related initiativesSpecialized skills & competencies :- Preferred Certification - OCJP, .Net, 10+ years of relevant technology experience Proven experience in managing integration projects in a corporate setting, preferably in the insurance industry.
