- As a Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving online ad sales by managing relationships with media clients and agencies.

- You will identify, target, and convert business prospects, while aggressively working toward sales targets.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the digital ad sales landscape, especially in B2B advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive online ad space selling on the company's website.

Build and maintain relationships with media clients and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and - communication.

- Manage a retail and corporate client base across designated locations, focusing on both acquisition and retention.

- Proactively chase sales targets and work to increase market share through effective client research and targeting.

- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline independently, ensuring a steady flow of potential business prospects.

- Conduct 4 client meetings per day, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Stay updated on market trends and the performance of Oneindia's websites.

- Work closely with the media clients and agencies to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Ensure a proactive approach in managing relationships with existing clients while developing new acquisitions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Digital Ad Sales, with a focus on online media sales.

- Strong network and relationships with media clients and agencies.

- Excellent understanding of digital ad terms like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), and CPI (Cost Per Install).

- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Media experience is a must, with the ability to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently manage a sales pipeline
