Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Security Solutions

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: 20 Lacs - 25 Lacs


We are excited to announce an opening for the Enterprise Sales Manager - IT Security Solutions position, located in Noida or Gurgaon. We are looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts specifically within the IT security domain.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients by understanding their security needs, presenting tailored IT security solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and achieve revenue targets through solution-based selling in the IT security space.
  • Lead sales processes from prospecting through closing.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads in large enterprises by leveraging a strong network and deep understanding of industry trends in cybersecurity.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s security products and services, including endpoint security, network security, cloud security, and managed security services, and position them effectively to address customer pain points.
  • Engage with C-level executives to drive value-based conversations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized security solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.


Required Skills

  • Proven enterprise sales experience focused on IT security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as firewall, antivirus, SIEM, VPN, endpoint protection, identity & access management, cloud security, DLP, and threat intelligence.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
