- Experience: Minimum 2 plus years of experience in the drafting team of merchant banking, having successfully drafted and managed 2 plus listings.
- Education: CA/CFA/CS/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, capital markets, merchant banking

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our merchant banking operations, contributing to our strategic growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Play a leading role in the merchant banking division, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the firm's merchant banking services, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and corporate advisory.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements related to merchant banking activities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely filings and disclosures.
