About the Company

We are investing in an India-based caregiver placement agency focused on recruiting, training, and deploying skilled caregivers from India to international markets such as the UK, Canada, the Middle East, and more.

Our mission is two-fold:

- Provide families and healthcare institutions abroad with reliable, trained, and ethical caregiving professionals.

- Empower Indian caregivers with dignified, well-paid job opportunities overseas through compliant and transparent processes.

As a founding team member, you will help lay the foundation of the business and scale it into a high-impact, purpose-driven company.

Key Roles Open on the Founding Team

Depending on your background, you may take ownership of one or more of the following core areas:

- Head of Caregiver Recruitment & Training (India-side)

- Lead recruitment drives across India (especially Tier 2 & 3 cities)

- Partner with caregiver training institutes and nursing schools

- Ensure caregivers meet global certification and language requirements (e.g. IELTS, NCLEX, etc.)

- Oversee caregiver background checks, soft-skills training, and readiness

- Head of International Client Relations (Demand-side)

- Build and manage relationships with care homes, hospitals, and agencies overseas

- Understand staffing requirements, timelines, and legal needs in each country

- Handle contracts and service agreements with overseas clients

- Head of Operations & Compliance

- Set up operational processes: caregiver documentation, visa filing, travel, deployment

- Ensure compliance with Indian and international migration, labor, and healthcare laws

- Develop SOPs for ethical recruitment aligned with POEA, WHO, ILO, and other frameworks

- Coordinate with overseas legal teams or agents
