International Healthcare Recruiter Nursing (2-5 yrs)

What Youll Do:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified nurses and allied health professionals for overseas roles
  • Coordinate interviews, exam readiness (IELTS/OET, NCLEX, DHA, HAAD, etc.), and documentation
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and immigration processes
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain ATS/Excel reports
  • Serve as a point of contact between candidates and international clients

What Were Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare / overseas staffing
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
  • Familiarity with international licensing exams and visa processes is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
