**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- The Technical Practice Specialist provides certified, technology-specific deep expertise in support of sales engagements. Works in tandem with the KD Consult Partner/AP and Account Management Partner on targeted opportunities and customers bringing their depth of technical/solution expertise.
- Develops technical or solution conversations delivering unique differentiated value to include show-and-tell methods (e.g., demos, presentations) with/for the customer to establish our credibility and eminence.
- This billable role is supporting practice-specific Consulting, Advisory, Architecture activities in Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with the Account Management Partner and/or Consult Partner on the account.
- As the technical practice solution expert, you will be responsible for bringing together the breath of Kyndryl’s technical and solution expertise to develop profitable deals. You will have an end-to-end knowledge of the practice that you are aligned plus one to many subdomains within that practice. Your technical expertise in focus domains may be achieved through external certifications. You will be billable in the projects for the subdomain in which you have deepest expertise.

- Provides certified, technology-specific deep expertise supporting sales.
- Possess strong technical and business value aptitude for practice services domain(s).
- Demonstrated customer-facing, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mastery to articulate the technical benefits of Kyndryl’s capabilities/offerings matching customer needs.
- Ability to identify the customer’s business and technical requirements, leveraging the breath of Kyndryl’s services capabilities, to generate optional winning cross-practice solutions.
- Skill to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, prototypes, and other pre-sales assets which tie Kyndryl’s capabilities to Customer Value.
- Lead internal coordinate of the entire string of pre-sales processes including quality/compliance verification and quality assurance checks for proposal releasing (e.g., Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) and other technical questionnaires, etc) ensuring alignment with Kyndryl best practices.
- Capability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate a winning response and optional technical solution.
- Builds and develops relationships with external alliance partners to co-creates joint solutions.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
- Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
- Prior consultative selling experience
- Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, to include technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- 5 years of experience (minimum) selling technical solutions for multi-industry customers
