About Us:

We are building a mission-driven platform to train, certify, and place Indian nurses and caregivers in Europe (Germany and beyond) and Japan. The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Partner who can join us in scaling this venture into a market leader. This is not a conventional job - it is an entrepreneurial partnership with significant ownership and long-term wealth creation potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Growth: Co-create business strategy and expansion roadmap for Europe and Japan.

- Partnerships: Build strong relationships with agencies, government bodies, and training partners abroad.

- Operations: Oversee recruitment, training, compliance, and placement of healthcare workers.

- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet international recruitment norms and ethical standards.

- Fundraising & Investment: Engage with investors, CSR funds, and institutional partners to fuel growth.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team in India and overseas.

Ideal Profile:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for risk and reward.

- Experience in international recruitment, healthcare staffing, or education/training is highly valued.

- Understanding of global mobility, compliance, and language/certification requirements for healthcare workers.

- Ability to engage with government bodies, embassies, and regulators.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.

- Global outlook - willing to travel, adapt, and operate across cultures.
