The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the company. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting leadership and teams, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management and relevant departments. - Manage and organize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. - Maintain office records, files, databases, and important documentation. - Handle correspondence – emails, calls, messages – in a professional manner. - Assist in preparing reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications. - Handle office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning. - Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and record maintenance. - Manage administrative workflows, follow-ups, and reminders. - Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders when required.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office executive, or similar role (1-3 years preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language). - Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.What We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience - Growth opportunities within the organization - Supportive team environment - Learning and development opportunities - Modern workspace and positive work cultureHow to Apply- Interested candidates can send their resume to founder@aurathedietclinic.com
