The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing support via phone, email, or in person, updating customer records, and working collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience and maintaining strong client relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities Prior experience in similar roles is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is advantageous
