Required Technical Skill Set: Proxy, Private Access, DLPVPNDesired Experience Range: 7-10 YearsLocation of Requirement: HyderabadMust-Have Competencies: Zscaler Proxy, ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, DLPGood-to-Have: Firewall, VPN, NACResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1.ZIA:- Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization, firewall and SSL inspection. - Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues. - Analyze ZIA logs and Nano log data to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and threats. - Configure and manage GRE/IPSec tunnels and PAC files. - Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control. - Integrate ZIA with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP). - Optimize ZIA policies based on security best practices and business needs. - Manage and monitor Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health status.2.ZPA:- Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors. - Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues, including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations. - Perform user access validation and resolve remote access issues. - Collaborate with application teams for new ZPA onboarding and testing - Monitor and optimize ZPA performance and resource utilization. - Integrate ZPA with third-party identity providers for secure Zero Trust Access. - Provide advanced troubleshooting for TCP/UDP connections through ZPA tunnels. - Perform regular ZPA policy reviews and clean-ups.3.DLP:- Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA - Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits. - Analyze false positives/negatives and fine-tune DLP rules - Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams on DLP strategies. - Create custom DLP dictionaries, regex, and machine learning classifiers. - Escalate complex DLP use-cases to Zscaler TAC for further analysis.4.Perform health checks, monitoring, and incident response for ZIA, ZPA, and DLP5.Work closely with Zscaler TAC and engineering for critical escalations and RCA.6.Stay updated with Zscaler new features, releases, and best practices7.Provide regular training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to L1/L2 teams.8.Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs)9.Knowledge of networking fundamentals routing switching VLANs SPANs TCP IP protocols. Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.10.Zscaler certifications like ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCCP-IA/PA are preferred.
