We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and drive the company’s human resources operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. This role will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Lead performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including career development and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strong organizational culture and positive work environment.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster positive relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
