- This role ensures merchants move to Loop smoothly by owning the technical side of onboarding and subscription data migration.- You will manage end-to-end migration workflows, support onboarding specialists, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high data accuracy with zero-error execution.- The role blends backend operations, basic scripting, Shopify know-how, testing, and documentationideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and enabling seamless merchant Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.- Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.- Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.Ideal Profile:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related role.- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.- Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
