Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SAASVERSE PVT.LTD. located in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in employer branding and creating a strong employer brand
  • Interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fit
  • Experience in using recruiting tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
