User Engagement & Retention:

  • Strategize and create user journeys and communication on Moengage/other CRM tools
  • Oversee all engagement marketing campaigns (e.g., push, email, in-app message and event mapping)
  • Provide strategic directions to increase revenue generated through RightLife’s app by driving higher installs and nurturing app leads
  • Leverage data to understand user conversion funnels, LTV/CAC, and cohort behavior to design
  • Influential in-app marketing campaigns that will improve app behavior or reduce churn


Requirements and Skill Set


  • Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
  • At least six months to one year of marketing experience in a consumer-facing company.
  • High bias for action, with the judgment and drive to get things done and operate in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in handling large scale campaign optimization
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in CRM tools like Moengage
