About The Role

In this high impact, vital role you will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging, connection, and motivation among remote employees. You will work closely with leadership across the organization to develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent and effective communication, collaboration, and support within the associates. You will act as a bridge between management and the remote associates, advocating for their needs and concerns. You will facilitate feedback channels, conduct surveys, and address issues related to work-life balance, mental health, and career development. You will thus help maintain a positive and inclusive organizational culture, leading to higher job satisfaction, improved retention rates, and enhanced overall productivity. Job Responsibilities

**About the Role**

In this high impact, vital role you will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging, connection, and motivation among remote employees. **What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)**

1. Build strong relationship & trust with employees that leads to open communication. Understand their concerns, needs & aspirations, and implement strategies to retain them.

2. Implement regular employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions, to gather employee feedback and insights.

3. Drive participation of employees in various employee engagement activities and employee communication forums.

4. Reduce employee attrition & improve employee satisfaction by working closely with leaders and managers to formulate and implement employee engagement programs.

5. Ability to analyse data, identify trends & generate reports.

**What We Look for In You (i.e., Job Requirements)**

1. 3+ Years experience as HR working in Employee Engagement.

2. Experience working with IT or Technology company with team size of 300+ is preferred but not mandatory

3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and relationship-building.

5. Having a natural like for people. Ability to build trust and have open conversations with people.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Excellent cross functional collaboration and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

8. Highly driven, self-motivated.
