Title: Workday Administrator – HCM, Onboarding, Absence & Time Tracking

Location: Hyderabad Mixed Use Office (5 days in the office)

Key Areas of Responsibility Systems Administration & Support:

Must understand Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence and Time Tracking system configuration to support multiple countries. Must be knowledgeable of Workday functional configuration for business processes. Must have experience with business process workflow and modeling. Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity. General understanding of Workday custom reporting and calculated fields is required Provide end-user support; troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation and document findings. Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes. Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR and Staffing Projects. Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.  Assist with review and implementation of new and changed system functionality to support business processes and requirements. Able to understand the various business process step flows and modeling for HCM, Onboarding, Change Job, Hire and Terminations. Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Workday applications. Demonstrated experience managing projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third-party administrators. Knowledge of Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence & Time Tracking functionality and data. Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday. Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
