Sumadhura Infracon Pvt.Ltd., a leading residential and commercial real estate developer with over 30 years of legacy, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Content to join their team in Bengaluru.

- This role is integral to shaping and managing the company's content strategy, creating impactful content, and enhancing the company's online presence across various platforms.

- The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with the company's objectives and brand values.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute content strategies for multiple platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

- Manage content production and distribution to increase engagement and brand visibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports marketing and business goals.

- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

- Monitor content performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in real estate, to create relevant and compelling content.

- Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Support internal communications and assist in the development of marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 5 to 6 years of experience in content creation, development, and strategy, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proficiency in content management tools and basic SEO practices.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Preferred Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
