SettleMint India  


SettleMint India was formed in 2019, with headquarters in Delhi, India. The India team focuses on client deliverables and developing high-performance low-code Blockchain. We operate from Delhi and certain project locations. 

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales professional who will be responsible for being the owner of Sales leads in West India, with a primary focus on clients in the BFSI segment in Mumbai and other areas. 


Responsibilities 


  1. Identifying new marketing opportunities: Find new business opportunities in Banking for Blockchain, AI, Gen AI products and expand market share.  
  2. Leverage Network for Leads: Utilize existing connections to identify potential sales opportunities and generate qualified leads. 
  3. Referral Management: Encourage and manage referrals from existing clients and contacts within their network to secure new business opportunities.  
  4. Sales pipeline & closure: Showcase demonstrable pipeline & quarterly sales closure, to achieve sales goals.  
  5. Domain knowledge & existing relationship in Banking: Extensive Banking knowledge & relationship with key stakeholders in the banking domain. 
  6. Speaking Engagements: Participate in conferences or industry panels to promote the company, share industry insights, and grow the professional network. 
  7. Sales pricing and budgeting: Estimate sales profit for products and draft proposals, SoWs. 
  8. Sales reporting and analytics: Use data to document sales strategies and decision-making.  
  9. Achieving company targets: Manage internal relationships to achieve resource deployment for the sales team. 


Experience 

This is an Individual Contributor role with at least 12 years of sales experience in the banking domain.
