Required Technical Skill set:

EUC Experience with Intune knowledge in Windows and MAC devices


Must Have:

  • Individuals will be important members of the Global IT End User Computing team with collective accountability to availability & performance.
  • Coordinate and implement the installation of client and department specific applications and systems. Includes creation, management, and sustainment of software deployment packages & operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex end user endpoint issues within the enterprise environment triaged from other teams.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory with implementing/troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration policies.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management such as Intune.
  • Effective utilization of patch applications to achieve desired patch compliance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Intune infrastructure components, distribution points, boundary groups, and client settings.
  • Package, deploy, and update software applications and security patches across desktops, laptops using Intune.
  • Create and manage OS deployment task sequences for automated installation and configuration of operating systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor compliance status, software inventory, hardware inventory, and other key performance indicators using intune reporting tools.
  • Set up and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM), including enrollment, compliance policies, and application management for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
  • Implement cloud-based features such as Autopilot for Windows deployment and Windows Update for Business for update management.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization.
  • Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, software applications, and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and patch retail POS devices
  • Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting.
  • Provide VIP technical support users
  • Installing and Configuring VPNs on end-user systems.
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting basic network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
  • Requesting and coordinating vendor support.
  • Resolved system-related problems, software installations, antivirus updates, and other tasks as required.
