We serve a diverse clientele across industries such as Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, IT-ITES, Oil, Software, Retail, Telecom, Consumer Goods, and Conglomerates worldwide.Job Purpose► Responsible for doing and achieving pre-determined sales and growth targets and also buildmarket position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.Key Responsibilities► Business Acquisition and Business Development in line with Pragati’s Strategy and focus area asper set targets.► Achieve a sustainable business pipeline for the company quarter-wise.► Prepare Sales Forecasts for the industry segment► New Customer Acquisition & Management.► CRM activities to maintain relations with customer database and update the customer knowledgein the system,► Develop specific plans to ensure growth targets are met.► Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and address these.► Continuous up gradation of self to enhance potential and keep abreast of best of domestic andglobal trends.► Practise a strong code of ethics.Education► MBA with MarketingPeriod of Experience Required: 5+ Years experience inNature of Experience Required:► Knowledge of selling principles and practices in the services/training/consultingareas► Ability to provide solutions to client’s needs and concerns► Drive to do well for self and for the organization extremely critical.Skills Required► Business Development & Acquisition► Sales & Forecasting► Customer Relationship Management (CRM)► Stakeholder Management► Communication Skills► Customer Orientation► Accountability
