- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, rollout, and impact analysis for country-specific initiatives under your ownership.
- Automate and scale the platform to reduce onboarding and activation timelines while ensuring quarterly achievement of NPS goals.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and leverage third-party partnerships and integrations.
- Own key outcomes such as customer satisfaction, usability, timely releases, and other critical success metrics.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineering, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal product Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Management.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS product companies.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems, identify relevant use cases, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive product decisions.
