About the Role

As a Product Manager at EaseMyTrip.com, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our travel platform. This role demands a strategic thinker who is passionate about creating innovative travel solutions that enhance user experience. You will lead the product lifecycle from conception through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with our mission to streamline travel planning and booking. This position is crucial for driving product innovation and achieving market leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

- Product Strategy Development: Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Feature Specification and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product objectives are met.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators for new features and monitor the impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Customer Insights: Gather and integrate customer feedback to guide product improvements and innovations.
- Agile Project Management: Lead agile project management processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to enhance product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Product Launch and Rollout: Plan and oversee the rollout of new features and ensure smooth market introduction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Travel Industry Acumen: Experience in the travel sector with a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
- Product Management Experience: Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with technology teams and understanding technical challenges that impact the product.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- User-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on delivering user-centered design and functionality in products.
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Innovative Thinking: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to see beyond the current trends and technology.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Educational Background: Preferably an MBA or a related master's degree with a focus on Marketing or Technology.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to adapt quickly to changing product needs and market conditions.
