V What you'll be expected to do:. Understand business problems working closely with internal stakeholders across functions - Academics, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance & more - taking ownership of the problem statement with depth & clarity.. Understand consumer challenges speaking to internal & external consumers in-person/on-call, conduct surveys & establish hypotheses for consumer behaviour.. apidly prototype, deploy and test new solutions within our market.

- Help develop and manage the ongoing product roadmap, communicating and aligning with business vision internally.

- Work with a team of product managers, and product designers to implement products and strategies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CSM and R&D to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases.

- Discover and validate market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and make data-driven decisions.

- Understand how customers and users leverage platforms to streamline their business processes.

What You'll Need

- Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.

- 4 to 8 years of core Product Management experience, preferably with cloud services (API) and IOT and/or hardware/cloud solutions.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.

- Passion for innovation, technology, and making a positive impact on society using IoT and cloud-based solutions.

- Knowledge of lean software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
