Salesforce Omni Studio/Velocity Developer


Designation: Salesforce Omni Studio and Velocity Developer

Experienced: 4+ years of Salesforce Omni Studio/Velocity Developer.

Education Criteria: B Tech, MSC, MCA.

Key Skills: Salesforce OmniStudio and Velocity tools, enabling the design and implementation of complex solutions that enhance customer experiences and business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce Omni Studio/Velocity solutions based on business requirements

• Design and develop OmniScript flows for various business process

• Built Omni Flex Card-Build UI components where real-time data is retrieved via Integration Procedures and/or Data raptors.

• Develop declaratively extract, update & transform data that can be utilized in a FlexCard or an OmniScript

• Hands-on experience in Integration Procedures-Retrieve & transforming data from Salesforce or External sources through configuration

• Enable Compose various actions, such as multiple DataRaptors, together to perform complex data processes

• Develop OmniScript components, such as actions, data sources, and controls, to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

• Developing and implementing Velocity integrations with various external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create customized solutions within the Salesforce platform

• Ensure integration of Omni Studio with other Salesforce clouds and systems

• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
