Reporting to: Founder & MD
Location: Mumbai - BKC
Experience:
- Candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in financial services sector/Equity research houses/ Investment Banking firms
- Being a key member of Chairman's office/currently working as EA to MD/CEO is preferred
- Being a part of corporate strategy team in mid to large sized diversified - Finance from premier institutions / CA's (with articleship experience from big 5 accounting firms) / CFA
Job Summary:
- To help the management steer Singhi Advisors to its next level of growth
- Integrating various cross functional roles/monitoring inter teamwork flow by capturing the knowledge pool, leads & key relationships
- Work flow assessment from across 15 SBU's (team leader's/ practice leaders)
- With 20 M&A member firms worldwide, Singhi Advisors is strengthening its corporate strategy team by hiring middle management level professionals, reporting to Founder & Chairman. To Gatekeep the Merger's Alliance platform and reviewing deals posted on the portal and sharing with the relevant team.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide management support to the Founder & Chairman to strategize and optimize current and future workflow
- Plan, arrange and attend inter SBU review meetings internally and CXO level meetings externally.
- Capture key pointers from the meetings, prepare MOM and plan post-meeting action plan/delegating work responsibilities across various SBU's.
- Capture reviews and smoothen various operational processes & enhance transaction leads through attending scheduled internal meetings/review meetings etc.
- Build MIS tools for knowledge management and attend scheduled deal calls with our global member firms.
- Plan for global bi-annual Mergers Alliance conferences with Singhi deal teams which gets hosted by member firms from across 20 countries by rotation, to help each firm enhance inter member deal flow and knowledge sharing through structured tools being available.
- Help Singhi Advisors in capturing synergies between multiple sector teams amongst various geographies and external firms.
- Alerting & activating the system for potential targets for M&A and doing template based desk research on target companies before a planned meeting.
- Help the Chairman plan for business meetings by providing timely feed / data on the target company and its leadership team before the meetings on SOS basis - key financials and its assessment, summary assessment of financials and market data on the company, peer players, capital market and valuation data, quick analysis and background of the person through various tools available
- Participate in organizational development by building systems/supporting other teams
- Help the management maintain a niche amongst competitors by timely placement of deal announcement with media agencies, mailers to key contacts, interface with its corporate communication agencies, placement of deals with various media agencies and filing with league tables and contact management
- Participate in performance evaluation of senior management teams and SBU's
- Presenting in board/SBU's meetings on behalf of the MD
- Prepare agendas & organize meetings/calendar
- Work closely with SBU heads to devise strategy for organization growth and bring to speedy execution
- Work towards knowledge enhancement across board and profit maximization through collaborative work flow between various SBU's teams.
