The Business Development Manager at Daamaira Home and Living Ltd, will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the market presence of our luxury home decor brand. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and sales in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the luxury home decor sector.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with retailers, designers, and influencers to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with brand identity and target audience.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to understand needs and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the luxury home decor or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer demographics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
