Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions, particularly within Commerce and Configuration flows.

- Customize and extend Oracle CPQ using BML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, SQL, and Java/C#.

- Analyze requirements, propose design alternatives, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams throughout the Agile/SCRUM development lifecycle.

- Integrate Oracle CPQ with various enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and E-commerce platforms.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop scalable, efficient configurations.

- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentoring for junior developers, if applicable.

- Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and enterprise guidelines.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ development.

- Strong implementation experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.

- Advanced proficiency in :

a. SQL

b. Java/C#

c. JavaScript & jQuery

d. XML/XSL

e. BigMachines Language (BML)

- Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.

- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written with the ability to interact across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Domain knowledge in CPQ business processes, especially in the manufacturing or heavy industry domain.

- Familiarity with manufacturing constraints such as material restrictions, lead-time calculations, and bill of materials.

- Understanding of engineering and production processes.

- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, or E-commerce systems.

- Proven ability to identify business process gaps and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
